PAYMENT OPTIONS

We have partnered with 3 payment gates to make sure your payment journey is safe and user friendly with us.

If this is the first time that you buy from us and didn’t get your confirmation email immediately after your purchase please check your Junk Mail Folder. As soon as your order is fulfilled on our side you will get a confirmation email with your  unique tracking number or our pickup location address.

COURIER / PICKUP 

• EXCLUSIVE ME offers deliver Nationwide to your doorstep an additional courier charge of R99, or your order can be collection at our pickup address which is based in Pretoria. If you order before 12:00 during weekdays your order will be shipped the same day.  If you order after 12:00 your order will go out the next morning.  Our warehouse is closed on weekends.

• Our parcels normally gets delivered 2-3 days after you have receive your fulfilment confirmation email.  You will also receive a automated email to let you know that your parcel was successfully picked up by the courier 

• We cannot be held responsible for a lost parcel if you entered the incorrect shipping information. If you have already completed your purchase and you have realised that the shipping information is incorrect, simply contact us with your relevant purchase order number and correct shipping information and we will rectify it. 

PICKUP ADDRESS 

As soon as you receive your confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup, you are welcome to do so in  the next 7 days at the following address.

If you wont be able to collect in 7 days please let us know on whatsapp so that we can arrange this with the Atelier Manager.

Our online shop is open 24/7 and you are welcome to purchase 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 

Our Customer Service team are available telephonically at the following times:

Monday - Friday: 09:00  – 16:00

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: Closed

Public Holidays: Closed

If you did try to call and we where unable to answer please send us a whatsapp with your order number and request, we will get back to you as soon as possible

EXCHANGE POLICY

Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item so that we can arrange for an exchange. If the item is sold out and there is nothing at that moment you would like to replace it with , we will send you a voucher code that will be valid for 6 months there after.  Please note , we do not take any returns on clothing, cosmetics, jewellery or alcohol due to Covid-19 regulations.  Please read more about our policies in full here https://exclusiveme.co.za/policies/refund-policy

WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?

We launch new products every Thursday 19:00 and when something is sold out it is not guaranteed to be repeated again.  We only buy small qty per item .  This way we stay true to our values of offering an EXCLUSIVE service
